Ok So I was online and found a training video on a new mlm Company. It was a training video on how to recruit. Now I don’t want to throw any company under the bus or push them off the bridge because of how they train newbie’s. BUT OMG! I really believe that 99% of the network marketing world does not know how to market. I understand that network marketing was started by friend’s family and the three foot rule. It does work. Amway was build by hotel meetings and all that jazz. Geez that is such a painful way to do things.
They talk about enthusiasm as a key to recruiting. Start your list by writing out on paper everyone you know. Send this list to your upline to stay accountable on how many people you will contact everyday. Get them on a conference call with a leader or to a local meeting and “Don’t say too much, just get them on the phone or to a meeting.” You’re not trying to sell them your just trying to give them information.

Whatever! Ok there are so many holes in this, the old school way of marketing.

Here is another Old school list:
You need to put in front of you a list to gauge your enthusiasm after you get triple teamed at a hotel meeting or three way conferences on the phone.

1. What are your when and your wants? If not now…. When? Why? (I’m not sure what this means)
2. If you’re not in the business yet then get with the person who introduced you to this and lets get rockin!
3. Timing, timing, timing. Early bird gets the worm… (This is just dumb)
4. If you are in the business decide if you will be the Tortoise or the Hare, Get off the starting line and get the momentum going by inviting your warm market to the next meeting or get them on a three way call.
5. Talk to the top 5 people on your list.
6. Follow your mentor!
7. Start asking everyone! (This is like the white shoe sales man)
8. Some will some wont. So what.. Keep the momentum going.

I can only sit in awe and shake the hand of everyone who ever made it big in network marketing that way! They have paved the way for all of us.

If you take that undying ambition and apply it to Online Marketing you will for sure become successful! Pour that kind of ambition into Blogging, article marketing, video marketing and social media marketing and in a few short months you could potentially build a 6 figure income. If you applied the old school ambition to your personal attraction marketing system there would be no way that you would not become successful.
